Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Patient Communication Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of healthcare communication processes, and experience working in a remote setting. This is a part-time, remote position that will require occasional travel to our headquarters in Blaine, MN.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for healthcare providers and their patients, providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and other communication channels

- Manage and respond to patient inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner

- Utilize our communication platform to schedule appointments, send reminders, and follow up with patients as needed

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely communication with patients

- Maintain accurate and organized patient records and communication logs

- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices related to patient communication

- Participate in team meetings and provide input on process improvements and customer service strategies

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or healthcare communication role

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong understanding of healthcare communication processes and regulations

- Proficient in using technology and communication platforms

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Comfortable working in a remote setting and occasional travel to headquarters in Blaine, MN
